Alright everyone it is time that we have another weight-loss challenge! We are no longer in Sunny California where Nash and I went on a daily 4 mile run at our beloved Thompson Creek Trail...sniff, sniff...sigh. Darin and I have since purchased a treadmill. But lets face it my motivation to get on the coat hanger is low at the moment and the weather is not helping! Sooo to solve this weight gaining crisis it is time to do a fitness challenge! Here is the deal....
The challenge will begin on January 2nd and end on April 3rd. On January 2nd, each contestant must post their weight, height, waist size and for fun you can post the size of your butt, bust, and thighs. :) Then every Saturday you must post your current weight. The motivation is each person is responsible for contributing $10. The winner will receive the money. If enough people participate we may do a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Winner will be based on total weight loss percentage not total of pounds lost.
RULES: If you do not contribute to the pot by the 3rd week of the challenge you are eliminated. If you miss more then 2 weeks of posting with out contacting me you are eliminated (no refunds). Harsh I know but the truth is the last time we did this ONLY 4 people out of 15 or so contributed and the winner received very little when a large amount was expected. Pretty lame if you ask me! ;) Especially when you are putting in the time doing the hard work!
It is very motivating when you have to post your weight for others to see. You are held accountable each week, for what you ate or how much you exercised! Last challenge I lost 30 lbs! GOOD-BYE BABY WEIGHT!!!

Count me in! I just had my second baby in Oct. and still have plenty of weight to lose ;)
If you were doing this chanllenge from January to June I would totally do it and blow you all away not only with weight loss, but with inches around my waist line. I don't think I would lose much around my bust though;). Good luck and have fun.
I'll try as long as I'm allowed to lose weight come January. . . :)
