So I am taking forever to edit these pictures of my nieces....reason being I LOVE THEM...and I am learning new stuff as I go. Sorry Ashlyn and Shea for taking so long, but hey they are looking pretty darn good!
I would really love to know what you all think. Would you like to see more color or do you like the washed out look with all the textures? If you visit this sight, PLEASE leave a comment of your thoughts.... GOOD & BAD....I appreciate them both.

I'm so glad you allow me to look at your photography. I love it. Personally I prefer the bits of color as opposed to the black/white.
I love the look your going for...my recommendation is more contrast with the washed out photos...they look a little too 'muddy'...are you using photoshop? other than that, your photos are looking awesome!
Also, I like seeing the progression of your logo...it's so much fun!! I didn't know you were into photography and design...we must chit-chat, chica!
I think the pictures look cool either way but I like the ones with a little more color more : )
i love black and white photos but i always seem to pick the color when deciding with my kids because i want to preserve them in color to know exactly what they looked like and their coloring, hair, eyes. especially when they are younger. my kids both started out with black hair. so it is fun to look back and see the change with the hair. i love the coloring in these photos.

Christina I agree with the post about the washed out photo's looking a little muddy. A little more contrast or just color would be better. I think your talent is good enough that you don't always need to do much to the images- but again it's fun to see the different ways you can play with them. Great photo as usual!
Kay, that first one is my fav! When I first pulled up your site I thought wow.. her stuff is looking really professional. Although I still am very much trying to define my own personal taste, I am not a huge fan of washing the color out like that. I love what you've done!
I like both ways to, the washed out one really are good tho. I to like your logo...my daughter the pro....
holy cow christina! Love what look you're going for! I like lindsey am still trying to find that, and am still trying to figure photoshop out. it's so complex! but so fun! I love the washed out look, but maybe just a tad more color. your logo is awesome! the texturing you are doing is also awesome, your progression is very much noticable.....now help me! :O) you're doing great! And tell your hubby he's pretty darn good too! :o)
It's also hard for me to decide on which to use more of, color or no. But I must say, you know how to make the washed out textured pics perfectly done. I love them. The last one is my FAVE.. gorgeous. I have been favoring the bright colors in my editing I think more for the season of summer. I may try more washed out antique-ie for the fall/winter? IDK. You are doing so great though.. keep it up. But more importantly, keep your confidence way up because seriously- you ARE THAT good.
